So this is a nice idea. Cult Japanese gear company Snow Peak has developed a line of cotton basics that use up scraps and off-cuts of material from their own manufacturing processes. At the end of each season, all the cutting scraps are broken down into yarn and worked into the raw materials for the next drop of sweaters, hoodies and joggers. This no-fuss cotton T-shirt, for example, is made from 20% recycled material – and it’s the kind of comfy staple you’ll find yourself going back to time after time. Constructed in heavier-gauge cotton, it’s got a loose, unisex fit with short sleeves that finish just above the elbow. Pre-washed to combat pilling and fading, it’s also extremely comfortable for days spent slouching around camp

How to measure
Snow Peak's journey began in 1958, when the founder Yukio Yamai, an accomplished mountaineer, created his own line of superior climbing gear. Snow Peak then looked to evolve by shifting its focus from the mountaineering equipment of the past to the camping equipment of the future.
