While we aim to process, ship and deliver your order as fast as possible, the stated delivery period (both on product pages and at checkout) is an estimate. We work only with trusted carriers, however on occasion delivery can take longer.
Some products are sent directly from our brand partners. Therefore, if you are ordering multiple items there is a chance your order could arrive in more than one parcel.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the following working day.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free delivery on UK orders over £30.
Within Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over £250.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s). Our order management system updates once daily Monday-Friday at about 17:00 GMT - email notifications are sent at this time.
You can quickly access tracking information for past orders in the Order History section of your account.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
For UK orders up to 3 kg in weight, customers can upgrade to expedited delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a fully tracked next-day service, for a delivery charge of £3.95.
For European orders, expedited delivery requests are handled on an ad-hoc basis. Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What carriers do you use?
Within the UK, we ship most orders with Royal Mail Tracked services. For heavier orders (over 3 kg in weight) we use DPD.
For European orders, all orders are shipped DPD.
Due to the increased complexity of cross-border order fulfilment following the UK's exit from the EU, Royal Mail International is no longer an option for our European customers.
Some of our brand partners who ship directly to you may also use UPS, DHL or FedEx.
Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my parcel, what do I do?
Trying to find your parcel? Apologies - this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a courier will tag a parcel as delivered before it's been physically dropped off. Please check for a ‘While you were out' card. Also, please check with your neighbours as they may have received it for you. If your parcel still hasn’t turned up within 2 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a fully tracked service which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fully tracked service which aims to deliver the next working day
UK onshore orders over 3kg in weight
DPD Next Day is a fully tracked service which aims to deliver the next working day
UK offshore orders over 3kg in weight
DPD Two Day is a fully tracked service which aims to deliver within two working days to UK offshore locations including Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands (certain postcodes), and the Isle of Man.
Brexit-related delays - Please note that Brexit-related delays could impact the timeliness of delivery. Parcels shipping to EU countries may be delayed by several days. We apologies for the inconvenience.
Customs fees/Import duties - When you are asked to pay customs fees/import duties, you should pay them and then email us a screenshot or photo of the receipt or invoice. We will then issue a refund on your order for the full amount of the customs/import fees.
VAT surcharge - Our prices include 20% VAT. Some European countries, however, have a VAT rate higher than 20%, and we need to add the difference to the order total. These VAT surcharges are calculated by taking the respective countries VAT rate and subtracting the 20% VAT (which is already included in our prices). The countries impacted include
Denmark: 25% VAT → 5% added to the order total
Ireland: 23% VAT → 3% added to the order total
Sweden: 25% VAT → 5% added to the order total
We offer free tracked shipping for orders over £250 across all European countries, via DPD Classic.
DPD Classic is fully tracked service, where DPD delivers the parcel.DPD Direct is a tracked service where the local courier delivers the parcel.
For orders under £250, the shipping fee depends on the destination country and order weight..

We offer worldwide shipping via TNT, at competitive rates. Shipping cost depends on the destination country, order weight and desired service (priority or economy). The shipping options and associated fee will be shown on the checkout page, prior to order completion. Customers outside Europe are responsible for paying any and all customs fees and import duties which may applied by the destination country.
