While we aim to process, ship and deliver your order as fast as possible, the stated delivery period (both on product pages and at checkout) is an estimate. We work only with trusted carriers, however on occasion delivery can take longer.
Some products are sent directly from our brand partners. Therefore, if you are ordering multiple items there is a chance your order could arrive in more than one parcel.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the following working day.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free delivery on UK orders over £30.
Within Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over £200.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s). Our order management system updates once daily Monday-Friday at about 17:00 GMT - email notifications are sent at this time.
You can quickly access tracking information for past orders in the Order History section of your account.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
For most UK orders up to 3 kg in weight, customers can upgrade to expedited delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a fully tracked next-day service, for a delivery charge of £4.45. Please note that for certain products this option may not be available.
For European orders, expedited delivery requests are handled on an ad-hoc basis. Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What carriers do you use?
Within the UK, we ship most orders with Royal Mail. For heavier orders we will use DPD or UK Mail.
For European orders, we ship with DPD Europe and Royal Mail International.
Some of our brand partners who ship directly to you may also use UPS, DHL or FedEx. For these products, the shipping method will be displayed as ‘Standard Tracked’.
Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my parcel, what do I do?
Trying to find your parcel? Apologies - this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a courier will tag a parcel as delivered before it's been physically dropped off. Please check for a ‘While you were out' card. Also, please check with your neighbours as they may have received it for you. If your parcel still hasn’t turned up within 2 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.
We have several delivery options for our customers in the UK designed to give you flexible and low-cost delivery options without compromising on service.
Orders up to 3 kg in weight will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, a fully tracked 2-3 day service. Orders over 3 kg will be sent via courier, typically UK Mail, DPD, or UPS. All orders are tracked, regardless of delivery service used.
Brexit-related delays - Please note that Brexit-related delays could impact the timeliness of delivery. Parcels shipping to EU countries may be delayed by several days. We apologies for the inconvenience.
Customs fees/Import duties - We are urgently arranging for delivered duty paid (DDP) accounts with DPD and Royal Mail. Once these are in place, EU customers will not be asked to pay any fees. In the interim, when you have fees to pay, you should pay them and then email us a screenshot or photo of the receipt or invoice. We will then issue a refund on your order for the full amount of the customs/import fees.
We offer free tracked shipping on orders over £200 to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
For most orders less than £200 and up to 2 kg in weight, European customers have a choice between Royal Mail International and DPD Europe. Both services are fully tracked.
Royal Mail International offers a single, weight-based rate across Europe. We've rounded these rates down and quote them here in GBP.
