We want you to love your WildBounds experience - so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging, seals and tags.
Some items are not returnable to WildBounds but are returnable to the original supplier. Please contact email@example.com with any questions.
We issue two forms of refunds:
a) WildBounds Store Credit
b) A refund to the original form of payment
Please note: Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
To initiate a return simply affix the pre-paid postage label included with your order to the box for return. Then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer exchanges. You'll get the right size or colour fastest if you simply place a second order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid return label for international order. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. Please follow the steps above, but instead of affixing the pre-paid label, send your item(s) to:

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the item(s) you'd like to return, we inspect your return and then refund you. We strive to process and refund your return within 7-10 days. Considering return shipping and processing time, the whole return process can take up to 3 weeks in total.
After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process. Refunds for WildBounds Store Credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.

Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Contact our Support Team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).
