WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your WildBounds experience - so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.

Some items are not returnable to WildBounds but are returnable to the original supplier. These items will be clearly marked as “Returnable to Supplier” on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails.

We issue two forms of refunds:

a) WildBounds Store Credit
b) A refund to the original form of payment

Please note: Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Hit the link below to head on over to our Returns Portal. There, you’ll be able to enter your order reference number found on your accounts page, order confirmation email, and packing slip.

Then, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and specify a reason for your return to help us avoid issues down the road. Then affix the pre-paid postage label included with your order to the box for return.

Initiate a Return

If your item is marked as Returnable to Supplier, please contact our Support Team by emailing us at support@wild-bounds.com and include the following:

  • Your order #
  • What items you’d like to return
  • Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback) If eligible, we’ll get back to you ASAP with instructions.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE AN EXCHANGE?

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer exchanges. You'll get the right size or colour fastest if you simply place a second order.

Step #1 – Buy the new item to secure the inventory
Step #2 – Return original item using the return portal detailed above

Please note that your item must be returned within 30 days of its delivery date.

I RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT, CAN I RETURN IT?

Certainly. Our standard return policy (see above) applies to all gift orders. Please contact our Support Team by emailing us at support@wild-bounds.com.

RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid return label for international order. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. Please follow the steps above, but instead of affixing the pre-paid label, send your item(s) to:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the item(s) you'd like to return, we inspect your return and then refund you. We strive to process and refund your return within 7-10 days. Considering return shipping and processing time, the whole return process can take up to 3 weeks in total.

After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process. Refunds for WildBounds Store Credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.

Reminder: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).

MY ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Contact our Support Team by emailing us at support@wild-bounds.com.

Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).

Items that have been worn or used are NOT eligible for returns.
