Stylish jug or retro vase

This simple, attractive enamel jug makes a great centre piece for any table, from your dining table, to your outdoors table or even a camp table. It’s perfect for serving cold drinks or water, and it looks like something you’d find in a trendy London café. The jug’s tall, slender design also means that you can use it as a vase to create pretty floral displays – the simplicity of the jug means it won’t detract from the beauty of the flowers, but allow you to enjoy amazing blooms in an attractive jug.

    • Ideal for serving chilled table water or ice-cold lemonade
    • Also makes a fantastic vase for floral displays
    • 3 Pint Jugs are 23 cm tall and hold 1704 ml
    • Dishwasher safe
    • Freezer friendly
    • Not safe for microwaves
    • Chemically safe
  • Ethically Sourced Materials - Falcon Enamelware uses no animal bi-products in the production process. Historically, traditional enamel used animal bone, which Falcon no longer uses.

  • Enamel mugs and plates are a staple of twentieth century life, both in the home and in the great outdoors. For us, they evoke fond memories of childhood Scout camps – blowing furiously on a steaming mug of hot chocolate to avoid burning our lips on the battered enamel. Others might think of wasps buzzing over plates of food laid out on gingham picnic blankets, or oven-baked apple pies set out to cool on the kitchen table.

And when you think of enamelware, you probably think of Falcon’s iconic white dishes with a blue rim. They are instantly recognisable. And though it might look fashionably retro today, enamelware is ideally suited to modern life, from meals in the garden to family car camping.

  • How can I clean my Falcon Enamelware? - Lemon juice can remove stains from Falcon enamelware products, such as tea stains on mugs. Soaking the products in warm soapy water will help remove baked on food, but avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Coating your pans in a light layer of oil before cooking can help with cleaning after use.

If my enamelware chips can I still use it? - Yes. Just like any other ceramic, the outer porcelain layer can chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath it. When this happens the steel below naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use. Plus, in our opinion, it gains a little more character.

Such a joyous colour.
