This fresh variation on Amundsen's bestselling original Heroes turtleneck adds a dash of vintage sporting style to an old favourite. The main difference is the striking contrast band across the chest, embroidered with the Amundsen logo. As with its predecessor, the wool it's made from started out life on the back of a Norwegian sheep living a comparatively adventurous life (for a sheep) among the mountains of Hallingdal. So really, the Heroes turtleneck has had the Scandinavian fjells right down in its fibres since before it was a glint in its weaver’s eye. Amundsen clothing is named after one of the greatest explorers ever to walk the Earth. No pressure there then.
