Snow Peak's reworking of the classic military fatigue jacket uses high-density nylon with a washed finish and subtle wrinkled texture that makes it feel broken-in from day one. The slanted chest pockets and roomy cut make us think of those Vietnam-era US jungle jackets, but with loads of practical improvements like a zipped waist pocket and super-wide bellows pockets that wrap around your sides for maximum storage. Bonus points for natty little touches like the button-across collar flap. Ideal for warmer climes and lightweight travel, it’s got a water-repellent treatment to keep the drizzle and dirt off, and the nylon fabric is quick-drying if you get caught up in a downpour.
