Simple and compact, this practical headlamp offers up to 300 lumens of brightness and a wide-ranging flood beam. That makes it well-suited to camping and hiking, whether you’re a little late back to the car from your summit push or find yourself pitching your tent in the fading dusk. The headband’s phosphorescent reflector helps you find it in the dark – ideal if you’re snuggled up in your sleeping bag when nature calls in the early hours of the morning. The red light mode prevents you from blinding your hiking buddies too. And though the Tikkina is supplied with 3 standard AAA batteries, it is also compatible with the Petzl Core rechargeable battery, which is a great option for more regular users
