A true labour of love for &SONS Creative Director and Founder Phil James. From the heavy-weight, 22oz Melton wool that’s been woven exclusively for &SONS to the oversized buttons, forged from recycled metal. Every detail has been considered and consciously sourced - without compromise

Famed for its origins in the military, the Peacoat's history begins as early as the 1720s and features in nearly every surplus uniform in various guises. A longer cut often referred to as a 'Bridge Coat' was only worn by officers and often adorned with gold buttons.

- Storm Collar - increased the height of the collar to protect the wearer from the elements
- Arm band - right arm features a button-down band with a stitched patch that carries &SONS ’Trading Co.’ logo embroidered in military grey

- Hand-stitched, Recycled Metal Buttons - Buttons are pressed from discarded metal on the factory floor that is melted down and reused to avoid going into landfill
