Let the feasting begin

The St Mawes table is something a bit special. Crafted in sturdy reclaimed teak, it's a great big dining table that wouldn't be out of place in a Viking feasting hall or the refectory in a mediaeval monastery. The wood has been lovingly prepped through a process of drying, waxing and polishing to bring out the natural oils and markings in the wood, making each St Mawes table completely unique. It's a gorgeous piece of rustic-style furniture that's equally at home outdoors or as part of a traditional interior, and if you keep it outside then over time the teak will fade to a soft grey colour. The treatment makes it naturally weatherproof, so as long as you cover it in winter and give it an occasional coat of teak oil, you'll be passing this one on to your grandkids. At three metres long, this 10-person table is the largest one Garden Trading does, but there’s also a slightly smaller (6–8 person) version available.
