The Talon series is Osprey's bestselling line of multi-activity packs, refined and enhanced over the years to keep them consistently at the top of their game. This men's Talon 44 is the largest of the bunch. With a max load of 16 kilos and a tell-tale 'leave no trace' label inside, it's engineered with multi-day trips in mind – but it's also ideal for those big winter mountaineering days when you've got a whole lot of equipment to carry. Whatever your activity of choice, the Talon's got plenty of space for tools-of-the-trade – with tuck-away dual ice axe attachment, zipped sleeping bag access, removable sleeping pad straps, and Osprey's much-loved 'stow-on-the-go' quick stash system for your trekking poles. It's a top-loader with a floating lid, but you've also got a full-length side zip that'll let you straight into the main compartment. Like the other packs in the Talon series, it uses Osprey's breathable Airscape backpanel, teamed with a close-fitting adjustable harness system and padded hipbelt.
