This soft and squishy duffel bag is the sort of thing you can imagine chucking in the back of a bush plane sometime in the 1960s as you set off to do something seriously intrepid for the National Geographic. Made in tough cotton canvas with a leather base and handles, it's a handsome piece of kit from the get-go, but it'll look a whole lot better once it's had a chance to soak up some red dust and oil stains. Apart from the zipped main compartment, it's also got stash pockets at each end, a smaller zipped pocket on the side, and a 'ski strap' (in the colours of the Norwegian flag, of course) so you can attach dirty boots or other items to the outside of the bag.
