Somewhere between a fell start and a festival finish, the Hikerdelic x Elliker Cautley found its calling. This is a 23-litre technical daypack built for people who want their gear to look as interesting as the places they're taking it. The collaboration between Elliker and Manchester's Hikerdelic – the brand born where 80s acid house culture meets the Lakeland fells – has produced something genuinely special. The Cautley gets Hikerdelic's signature diamond ripstop treatment across a trio of 600 Denier recycled polyesters, with a waterproof PU-coated panel on the base and PFC/PFAS-free DWR throughout. It's the technical backbone of Elliker's own Cautley, dressed in a trippy grid-patterned aesthetic and two vibrant colourways that you won't lose in the heather. There's a padded laptop sleeve for up to a 16-inch MacBook, a vertical YKK zip for quick access, water bottle pockets, daisy-chain webbing straps for attaching extras, and enough internal organisation to keep you sane on a long day out. The flap-over opening keeps everything secure when the path gets steep, without the rigmarole of a roll-top.
There's a corner of West Yorkshire where woodland gives way to open fields and the air smells like the good stuff. Elliker takes its name from exactly that spot: Elliker Fields, a local wildlife site that's been quietly inspiring its creators ever since the brand started out. And that connection to real, accessible British nature is baked into everything they make.
The idea is simple: get outside more, and carry the right kit when you do. Elliker builds lightweight, functional bags from 100% recycled polyester – GRS certified, waterproof, and genuinely built for the weather this country tends to throw at you. Every product is designed to make the gap between sofa and trail a little smaller, whether that's a no-fuss roll-top rucksack for the morning commute or a compact sling bag that works just as hard at a weekend market as it does halfway up a dale. They donate 1% of profits to UK Wildlife Trusts too, which feels like the right kind of thing to do when your entire brand is named after a patch of wildlife habitat.
Functional, considered, and made for the outdoors – just like the Yorkshire landscape that inspired it all.
For SS26, Elliker also introduces a headline collaboration with Manchester outdoor-culture pioneers Hikerdelic – a trio of technically upgraded bags that bring Hikerdelic's iconic grid-patterned ripstop aesthetic and trail-to-rave sensibility to Elliker's already-capable foundations. Where Elliker builds the function, Hikerdelic adds the character.
