Try this one from Patagonia, which ticks all the classic boxes whilst doing something rather clever with the materials: the brim's made from NetPlus (which comes from recycled fishing nets), the front panel's organic cotton canvas, and the mesh back is recycled polyester. It's a mid-crown, six-panel design with a nice curve to the brim.
