Inspired by the Argentinian Gauchos, this Chapa Griddle Plate from Netherton Foundry offers a new experience for outdoor cooking. With three detachable legs made from the same black iron as the plate, it can be built directly on top of an open fire, with the large plate perfect for cooking steaks, eggs, pancakes and damned near anything else you can fry. Pre-seasoned with flax oil, this BBQ griddle plate is easy to clean and is handmade in Netherton Foundry’s rural Shropshire workshop.
