A handmade barbecue grill plate, forged in rural Shropshire

There’s little better than wholesome food cooked in the outdoors above an open fire, with the wood smoke accentuating the flavour and griddle lines charring into the food. This black iron 12” Barbecue Chapa plate from Netherton Foundry has been forged in their rural Shropshire workshop and treated with natural flax oil for a non-stick finish. Although it’s best used in the open air above hot embers or crackling logs, this camping barbecue can be used indoors with the legs detached.
