Job Description

We’re looking for an engaging, driven and highly organised Office Manager or Accounts Payable Manager to join our team and help shape the future of online retail, leveraging a content and product-led, customer-focused growth strategy.

This is a part-time role involving 10-15 hours per week. You would be working from home/remotely, so while highly flexible, you need to be an energetic self-starter capable of working with little oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all purchase orders including confirming with brands and suppliers
  • Manage all sales orders including passing to warehouse team
  • Manage all invoices, including payment schedule
  • Work with warehouse team to confirm deliveries are accurate
  • Identify and resolve order issues with brands and suppliers
  • Look for ways to manage and reduce costs
  • Explore and implement improvements to internal processes and procedures

Who we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as an office manager or accounts payable manager
  • Extremely detail-orientated with an ability to highlight the key issues
  • Supremely organised; someone who is uncomfortable with even the smallest inconsistency
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A creative problem solver who demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage own time and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • A love of the outdoors
  • Experience with expense reduction
  • Experience with process design and implementation
