Understated dials with subtle metallic hands contrast with a matt, brushed or polished metal case and ultra-clear indexes inspired by military instrumentation. The Swiss-made movement has a three-year battery life and is secured inside a unique shock-absorbing steel housing. The case is machined from solid 316L marine grade stainless steel, which develops a gorgeous patina over time. That ethos naturally led to collaborations with some of the most demanding users – round-the-world yachtsmen, firefighters, RNLI crews, Mountain Rescue teams and even British military special forces units. These challenges helped the duo to hone the design of each and every Elliot Brown watch to perfection. Elliot Brown design and re-design every component to make watches that are fundamentally fit-for-purpose, minimising or eliminating typical points of failure such as spring bars breaking, straps snapping, or watches leaking - all potentially catastrophic failures.
Any watches damaged in service can be repaired quickly and economically at their in-house workshop in Poole and returned to service with the minimum of disruption.
Not only is their servicing world class, the warranty has no small print. It’s honest, comprehensive, and straightforward. The whole watch is covered for 5 years, not just the movement. The only exclusions are accidental damage, the battery and wear & tear.
