Beers or begonias?

How you choose to use this tall bar table will say a lot about you. It's got a galvanised steel trough down the centre, which you can either plant up with beautiful flowers, or fill with ice cubes and cold bottles. The central tray can be conveniently removed (particularly useful for re-stocking if you've gone for the brewski option), and there's also a separate teak slat to cover it over if you're not using it. Handsome enough to use inside or outside, this bar table is part of Garden Trading's St Mawes range, which uses chunky reclaimed teak. The wood is hand-selected, then goes through a process of kiln-drying, waxing and polishing to bring out a unique patina. It's tough enough to withstand years of outdoor use, though they do recommend covering it in winter and treating it periodically with a good teak oil.
