Snow Peak's Single Action tables have a cult following among car campers, and this bamboo version is the featherweight of the family – 40% lighter than the standard models, thanks to a honeycomb structure inside the laminated bamboo top. Famously robust and stable, the really crafty bit is the single-action mechanism: unfold it and the legs lock into place in one movement, no faffing with clips or braces. Black anodised steel legs give it a clean, contemporary look, and at 66 cm high it sits at a comfortable height for dining or food prep height. Also available in a larger size.
