Grown-up cargo shorts
You remember those cargo shorts you had when you were 15? Ten or twelve pockets, room for two of you down each leg, kind of like wearing a backpack strapped to your crotch? Yeah, these are definitely not those. New from DUER, the Live Free adventure shorts are all about a clean silhouette and free movement. The plant-based, odour-resistant and breathable lyocell fibres are cut with plenty of stretch, and there's also DUER's trademark gusset for added flexibility. The cargo pockets sit close to the leg, and feature a slightly unusual design with angled zips on the front – doing away with faffy flaps and making them much more secure for phones, wallets etc. Travel, hike, bike, and look good doing it.

DUER set up shop in 2013 intent on bridging the gap between fashion and functional clothing. With 25 years making jeans for big names like Levi Strauss and a new love of cycling, Gary Lenett saw an opportunity for purposeful fashion that didn’t exist on the market. He partnered with Abid Hafeez, a performance fabric expert with over 25 years of experience with technical brands, and DUER was born. Today, all of their garments are manufactured in a factory in Lahore, Pakistan owned by DUER’s founders, who ensure ethical working conditions for their employees.
