Extra warmth for when fingers turn numb

Some hands run colder than others, and the Highland Mitt is built for exactly that problem – all the durability of the Highland Glove, in mitten form, for when you need more warmth than dexterity. Weather-resistant stretch fabric and goatskin make up the shell, while a removable merino wool liner, insulated with a terry knit, does the serious work of keeping fingers from going numb on a long stalk or a cold bothy walk. The long cuff comes with a snowlock that seals snugly around a sweater sleeve or under a jacket, and a carabiner means it can be clipped to a pack rather than lost in a pocket somewhere. About as warm as Hestra’s outdoor range gets, and built to prove it.

  • Weather-resistant stretch fabric and goatskin shell for durability

  • Long cuff with snowlock seals around a jacket sleeve
  • Carabiner and hanging loop keep it secured and dry

  • Outer Material: Backhand made of windproof, waterproof and breathable HESTRA Flextron 4-way stretch (92% Polyamide, 8% Elastane). Palm made of impregnated Army Goat leather.

  • Lining: 100% Merino wool and microfleece (100% Polyester)
