A glove called Highland has a fair bit to live up to, and this one manages it. Weather-resistant stretch fabric across the backhand and goatskin across the palm give it genuine grip on poles, gates and rucksack straps, while a removable merino wool liner does the actual work of keeping your hands warm – wash it, dry it, or swap it for something thinner if you’re working hard enough to generate your own heat. A carabiner and eyelet let you clip it to a belt loop or pack when you’re not wearing it, and a finger loop means you can hang it upside down to keep rain and snow from pooling inside. A perfect companion for hiking, stalking and bushcraft.

Both design and development is done at the headquarters in the small village Hestra, Sweden. Hestra has presence all over the world and manufacture gloves for sports, fashion and professional uses.
