Light carry for everyday runs
Some runs don't need a vest — just somewhere to stash a phone, a key and a few gels. That's the whole idea behind the Osprey Duro Dyna LT. It's a featherlight running belt that wraps around the waist in soft, ventilated airmesh and stays rock-steady while you run, so there's no hitching it up every kilometre. Three clever pockets handle the essentials — a zipped compartment for valuables, a drop-in for quick-grab items and a bigger stretch pocket across the back for gloves or a packable shell — and there's a removable bungee system for attaching poles or a layer if the run stretches longer than planned. The grab-tabs are differentiated so you can identify pockets by feel alone, which sounds like a small thing until you're scrabbling around behind your back at mile eight. Wear it solo on shorter outings or pair it with a running vest when you need extra capacity for big days. It's the sort of belt you forget you're wearing — and that's the point.

The Osprey story started in California in the 1970s, with one man, a sewing machine and a vision to make the world’s best outdoor packs. Today, it’s one of the most recognisable rucksack brands.
All of Osprey's packs share the same twin hallmarks of fit and comfort. In fact, Osprey was an early adopter of breathable mesh, ergonomic hip-belts and packs designed specifically to fit women. Breathable back panels are still a feature of all their packs, and all except their most lightweight bags come with adjustable back-lengths for a perfect fit.
And in a world where outdoor enthusiasts are increasingly conscious of our environmental impact, many Osprey packs are made from durable recycled fabrics, while all feature PFC-free water-repellent coatings.
