Some chilli oils are for showing off. This one is for every day. Cold pressed in Italy from high-quality Spanish extra virgin olive oil, infused with garlic, chilli, rosemary and thyme – it's the kind of kitchen staple that you’ll find yourself sloshing over just about everything. Fire-juice this is not – you’ve got warmth from the chilli, but they’ve dialled it back a bit to make sure the other flavours come through.
