Products from the following brands are not returnable to WildBounds but rather are returnable to the brand directly: &SONS, CRUX, Lightwave and  XTRATUF. For Black & Blue 1871, some items are returnable to WildBounds while others are returnable to the brand. Please contact us with any questions.

In all cases, item(s) for return must not have been used, worn, altered, washed, dirtied, damaged, and must include all original and intact packaging, seals and tags. You can return any product within 30 days of your order being delivered for either a refund or a WildBounds store credit.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges and free tracked returns on UK orders* within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. We must receive the your returned items within 14 days of initiating your return.

*For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of gas canisters

    How To Make A Return or Exchange

    First, check that the size of the parcel for return is within Royal Mail's limits: 20 kg weight and 61 x 46 x 46 cm dimensions. If the parcel is outside either of these two limitations, then contact us to arrange a return via DPD. 

    Otherwise, to initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal. Follow the steps to make your returns label. Then download, print and affix your label to the original box or packaging for return. 

      EUROPEAN RETURNS

      We now offer FREE RETURNS for many EU countries including Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Poland. 

      How to make a return

      To make a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item(s), with the following details:

      • Your order #
      • What item you’d like to return
      • Reason for the return (we love feedback)

      We will then prepare and send you a pre-paid returns label. Once our local EU returns partner has received your item(s), we will issue the refund.

      For EU countries not on the above list, please return the item to the address below via the cheapest service, then send us a photo of the receipt/invoice, and we will refund you the return shipping cost.

      We are happy to accept returns from customers outside Europe, although customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

      FAQ

      I received an item as a gift, can I return it?

      Certainly. Our returns policy (see above) applies to all gift orders. Please contact us with any questions.

      How long does it take to receive my refund?

      We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the returned item and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund or store credit. This can take up to 7 days. Considering return shipping and processing time, the whole returns process can take up to 3 weeks in total.

      After the return has been approved, refunds can take up to 5 business days for your bank to process. Refunds for WildBounds store credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.

      We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund issued.

      The purchased item is damaged/defective - what do I do?

      All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any defects, breakages or damages you must notify us within 48 hours by e-mail to support@wildbounds.com or write to us on our Contact Us page. We will typically reply requesting a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We are unable to replace or refund any such items if we are not notified within the 48 hour time period.

      In the event an item is damaged or defective we will offer the following options:

      1. Send a replacement on expedited delivery (if stock is available)
      2. Issue a full refund

      What about defective/damaged products outside of the returns window?

      In the event a purchased product experiences a defect during use after this initial 48-hour period then please contact us. We will do all we can to reach a satisfactory resolution. Many of our products carry an extended manufacturer's warranty, which we will provide guidance on.

      Can you accommodate an exchange?

      In order to guarantee that you get the right size or colour as quickly as possible, you simply place a second order and return the original one.
